Darcy's visit

Well Darcy left me on Tuesday, which makes me very sad. I know that it is going to be a long time before I see her again. I guess that is what happens when you live on opposite coasts.
I am looking forward to taking the boys out to Washington to visit. That is not going to happen for 2 or 3 years, but it will happen soon enough.
I very much enjoyed our visit. It was nice and relaxing. I just wish that it didn't have to end so quickly. I am going to have to get used to only seeing my Darcy once every year or two. That just really bums me out.
One of these years I will actually be close to my friends.
Erin is about 4 hrs away, Jen is about 4 hrs away and Darcy is about a 5 hr flight away. BOO!!!
Oh well....so it goes. I just have to enjoy the time that I have with them all and be thankful for that.
