So far so good

Well this year hasn't been all bad so far. It has been drama free thus far, but next weekend hasn't happened yet. I am very skeptical about the prospects of a peaceful resolution to all of the drama. I am hopeful that we can all come to some sort of an agreement, but that is highly doubtful.
I have been thinking about this drama and I can't imagine why anyone in their right mind could possibly enjoy this. I was asked if I were enjoying this, with a question like that,the only way to take it is as if it were an accusation. The person asking me if I were enjoying this obviously doesn't know me very well or thinks that highly of me, that he could possibly think that this was a good time.
I just don't understand why people feel it neccessary to create and perpetuate drama. I am so done with it I can't even tell you.

Hoping for a better year

With the new year upon us, I am hopeful that this year will be better than the last. Contrary to popular belief drama filled days are not something that I enjoy. I am hopeful that the coming weekend will prove to be sucessful, but I am not holding my breathe. I am not sure how anything good can come of 7 people with widely differing views can meet on any sort of common ground. Only time will tell whether or not it is possible.
